Summer Kids Wild Camp
at Field Farm Project
Monday 15 to Wednesday 17 August 2016,
10am - 3.30pm (3 day course)

Leave your child in the safe and experienced hands of the staff at Field Farm for an outdoor summer experience they will never forget!

These few days will give your child the time and space to explore the wilds of the woods and the secrets of the farm landscape. They will get opportunities to make their own shelters, light fires using ancient techniques, cook on the open fire, become nature detectives and many other bushcraft activities.

We will get creative with willow and tree bark other organic materials and make natural paints to create nature inspired works of art. Your child will create a number of craft items over the camp to treasure and take home.

Most important of all in addition to all the creativity and learning traditional rural skills, the children will be encouraged to get muddy, to smell, touch, listen and observe to the natural world here on the farm and to enjoy the pleasure of being outdoors.

It is essential that all children come prepared with hats, sun cream, wellingtons, waterproofs and very important - a packed lunch for each day. We will provide plenty of drinks, fruit and biscuits throughout the day.

Price: £105 per child (min age 8 years old)
