Gardening for rehabilitation
Whatever your illness or condition, there is a gardening activity to aid recovery and be part of the rehabilitation process. You build up your strength at a pace that suits you, and you can start activities at any time of the year.

Gardening helps to develop strength, stamina and balance but it is also a way to relax your muscles and mind, keep your heart healthy, use up calories and have fun. Projects can be as small as maintaining a pot-sized garden or something bigger such as helping us with the vegetable patch.
