Portrayal of Products and Workshops
We take great care with product photography to make sure that we are providing you with pictures that accurately and fairly represent the pieces we make and sell. While every effort has been made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur. All measurements quoted are approximate as we make everything by hand and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow. Please note there may be variations in colours depending on the calibration and settings of individual computer screens.
Receipt of Order Confirmation
You will receive an Order Confirmation email as soon as you have purchased a piece or booked a workshop. Please keep it in a safe place as we may ask you for information from it in any correspondence. If you do not receive this email please contact us so that we may investigate and confirm that your order has been placed successfully.
Prices
We reserve the right to alter prices at any time. From time to time it may be necessary to change prices either up or down.
Availability
All items and workshops are subject to availability. Occasionally things occur outside of our control which may result in a delay to your order. We will do our utmost to keep these to a minimum and keep you continually updated on the progress of your order until completion.
